3. Quotes, Pricing & Payments

3.1 Estimates & Quotations

• All estimates shared are approximate and may change based on design finalisation, material selection, measurements, and on-site conditions.

• Prices are valid only for the period mentioned in the quotation.

3.2 Payments

• Payments must be made through authorised methods (bank transfer, UPI, cheque, etc.).

• Work will begin only after receiving the scheduled advance payment as per the mutually agreed project milestone plan.

• Any delay in payments may delay project timelines.

3.3 Taxes

All prices are inclusive or exclusive of GST (as mentioned in the quote). Applicable taxes will be charged as per law.

4. Design Approval & Modifications

• Once design drawings, 3D visuals, or BOQs are approved, further changes may incur additional costs and timeline adjustments.

• Design ownership remains with Spacioworks until full payment is completed.

5. Manufacturing, Installation & Delivery

5.1 Delivery Timelines

Manufacturing timelines depend on material availability, factory schedules, and site readiness.
Delays may occur due to:

• Civil work dependencies

• Third-party contractor delays

• Customer-requested changes

• Force majeure events (strikes, weather issues, supply delays, etc.)

5.2 Site Readiness

You are responsible for ensuring:

• Electrical, plumbing, civil work, and flooring are completed as required

• The site is accessible, safe, and free from obstructions for installation

5.3 Installation

Spacioworks will schedule installation once materials reach the site.
Any damage caused by third-party workers after installation is not covered.

6. Warranty & After-Sales

• Warranty details vary based on materials, hardware, and accessories selected.

• Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, not damage caused by misuse, water leakage, pests, or improper handling.

• Third-party products (appliances, sinks, chimneys, accessories) are covered by their respective brand warranties.

A detailed warranty document will be shared at the time of purchase.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled and payments are non-refundable.

• Cancellation before production may be allowed with applicable charges for design and administrative work.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–15 business days.

8. Website Usage Rules

• Copy or misuse any images, designs, content, or branding

• Attempt to access our systems unlawfully

• Use the website for fraudulent or harmful purposes
