About Spacioworks

The studio was founded in 2023 by three partners whose earlier work was with established brands and fast-growing startups, several of them unicorns. That background shapes how we run a project: to a scope, to a programme, and to a number you approved.

Before Spacioworks, we spent years executing interiors at volume for other brands, and we kept meeting the same problem — not in the carpentry, but in the process. In this market a project typically lives in a WhatsApp group: ask "where are we?" and you get an opinion, not a status. Quotes arrive as lump sums nobody can interrogate, approvals happen verbally and get remembered differently, and the relationship quietly ends at the final payment. Good work was losing trust to bad process, and we did not want to inherit that.

So before we took on our first home, we built our own project software — Spaciocare — and made every Spacioworks project run inside it. Every quote is priced line by line from one internal rate card, so you approve a cost you can actually read. Every approval is signed on your phone and timestamped, so nobody can later disagree about what was agreed. Site photographs are posted against your project rather than buried in a chat, and you have your own project page — verified by your mobile number — to see exactly which stage you are at, without asking anyone.

We work only in the luxury segment, which is less about budget than about tolerance — for finish, for fit, and for the gap between what was drawn and what was built. Two tools close that gap: a VR walkthrough that lets you stand inside your home at design sign-off, when changes are still free, and the software that keeps a delay on one trade visible before it becomes a delay on handover.
