How we work

The project starts with the site, your requirements and the way you intend to use the home. We then coordinate design, drawings, specifications, materials, services and execution so that each stage works with the next.

The kitchen is planned around appliances. Electrical points are planned around furniture. Lighting works with the false ceiling. Finishes are selected as part of one overall material palette.

You receive defined specifications and approvals before execution, helping reduce last-minute substitutions and ambiguity during the project.

We do not downgrade materials to hit a package price. The specification you are quoted is the specification that is installed.
