Site Supervisor
Run interior fit-out sites day to day and hold the quality line on the ground.
What you'll do
- Run daily activity on site and keep work moving to the execution schedule.
- Coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other vendors.
- Check work against drawings and specifications before it is signed off.
- Record daily progress with photographs and flag delays early.
- Be the person the client sees on site, and behave accordingly.
What we need
- Three or more years supervising interior fit-out or civil sites.
- The ability to read working drawings and spot when a site departs from them.
- Firm, calm coordination of vendors — this is most of the job.
- Based in or willing to travel across Chennai.
